  1. It’s at Epcot.
  2. Chef Jens Dahlmann is running the show. If you remember what he did for the Flying Fish, at the Boardwalk Resort, or the California Grill at the Contemporary Resort, you know how good the man is.
  3. The beer. Not the commercial stuff, the good stuff, and there’s more of it than ever.
  4. Party for the Senses. The best food, the best beverages, the best of everything.
  5. Andrew Zimmern. You ask him why he eats bugs and entrails.
  6. Fruit-topped waffles at “Belgium.”
  7. One of the best little wine shops you’ll ever visit, with surprisingly good prices, at the Festival Welcome Center.
  8. If it’s back, outstanding coffee is available in the Festival Welcome Center.
  9. If you want a full meal in addition to tapas-sized plates, you can get great Italian food at the new Via Napoli at “Italy.”
  10. 3-D Disney’s Dessert Discovery. Enough said.
  11. True experts discussing wine and wine and food pairings. Even if you’re not especially oenophilic, these talks really are interesting.
  12. You hit the promenade and enjoy great food and wine. The kids hit Soarin’ and the Nemo attraction at the Living Seas.
  13. New England Lobster Roll at “Hops and Barley.”
  14. Cheddar cheese soup at “Canada.”
