The Space Coast is and always has been a place for vigorous, energetic people, from karate kids to strolling seniors, blessed with the natural resources to provide a dynamic lifestyle, and the health care facilities and professionals to keep it that way. Face it, friends: You can’t play, dine, tune in or celebrate the holidays very well if you’re not in shape for them.
We’ll post information about exercise, nutrition and maybe a little rehab for people of all ages, with information provided by local professionals all with the intention of making your active life a little easier . . . or at least a little less achy.
