We slacked off and didn't post any dinner spotlights tonight but we still have tonight's dinner special from Cafe Mi Casa to share with you. Sesame Teriyaki Ahi Sashimi and Organic Chopped Avocado over Organic Red Quinoa and topped with Chopped Chives and Sriracha. We paired it with Red, Wheat and Blue from Bugnutty Brewing Company in Merritt Island. As far as the recipe, cook the quinoa as directed on the package, dice up 4 - 6 ounces of fresh tuna (this came from the Green Turtle Market), dice 1/2 an avocado and some chives and we drizzled Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce and Huy Fong Foods Sriracha Sauce on top. That's it. You can sear the tuna if you like.
